• Task and cart management system

All services are delivered digitally through our platform and associated tools.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery times:

• 5x Vertical Video Promotions: 2-7 business days
• Automated AI-Optimized Social Media Content: 2-7 days for initial content, ongoing management for 1 month
• Custom Promos: 3-5 business days
• AI Marketing Services: 1-3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on complexity and current workload. We will communicate any delays promptly.

3. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted:

• USDC (USD Coin): On Solana and Ethereum blockchains
• Traditional Payments: Credit/debit cards via Stripe

Payment terms:

• Full payment required before service delivery
• All prices are in USD
• Blockchain transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer
• No refunds for completed services

4. Blockchain Payment Policy

For USDC payments on blockchain networks:

• We do not store or collect your wallet addresses or private keys
• All blockchain transactions are public and immutable
• You are responsible for ensuring correct wallet addresses and network selection
• We are not liable for lost funds due to incorrect addresses or network errors
• Transaction confirmations may take 1-5 minutes depending on network congestion

5. Refund Policy

Partial Refund Policy:

• 50% refund available if requested within 24 hours of order placement
• No refunds after 24 hours or once work has begun
• No refunds for completed services
• Refunds will be processed in the same payment method used
• Blockchain refunds may take 1-3 business days to process

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages only (no consequential damages)

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With written notice
• For material breach of these terms
• If services become commercially unviable

Upon termination, you retain rights to delivered content, and we retain rights to platform and tools.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
